Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store (hereinafter: "Store") operated by the site owner (hereinafter: "Seller").

By using the Store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

The Store offers themed coloring page sets for children in PDF format (hereinafter: "Digital Products"). Each set contains a specified number of coloring pages for self-printing.

Digital Products are delivered exclusively in electronic form — PDF files for download.

3. Placing orders

To place an order:

1. Choose a coloring page set on the Store.
2. Click the "Buy & download PDF" button.
3. Complete the payment via Stripe.

After payment confirmation, the Buyer receives a download link for the PDF file. The link is valid for 24 hours.

4. Prices and payments

All prices listed in the Store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN).

Payments are processed via Stripe, supporting credit/debit cards and online bank transfers.

5. Delivery

Digital Products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via a PDF download link.

The Seller does not offer physical shipping.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

By clicking "Buy & download PDF" and completing the payment, the Buyer consents to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7. License and copyright

The Buyer receives a license for personal, non-commercial use. This means purchased coloring pages may be:

• Printed any number of times for personal use.
• Used at home, school, or kindergarten for educational purposes.

The following is prohibited:

• Reselling, sharing, or distributing the PDF files.
• Using the coloring pages for commercial purposes without the Seller's consent.

8. Complaints

In case of download issues or defective products, please contact us by email. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Store website. Orders placed before any modification are governed by the previous Terms.
